Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. About Deenly

Deenly is a platform for discovering and registering for Islamic events in Singapore. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Deenly website, including event discovery, event registration, and the institution console. By creating an account or using Deenly, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Institution accounts are subject to review and approval by the Deenly team, and we may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or misrepresent an institution.

3. Institution listings & content

Institutions are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, event listings, schedules, venues and donation details. Content must be lawful, respectful, and relevant to the community. Deenly may edit, unpublish or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading or inappropriate, and may approve, reject or suspend institution listings at its discretion.

4. Event registrations & tickets

When you register for an event through Deenly, your registration details are shared with the hosting institution so they can manage attendance. Tickets and QR codes are personal to the registrant and should not be resold. Events, capacities and schedules are managed by the hosting institution — Deenly is not responsible for cancellations, changes or the conduct of events.

5. Donations & payments

Donation links and PayNow details shown on institution pages are provided by the institutions themselves. Donations are made directly to the institution; Deenly does not collect, hold or process donations and is not a party to those transactions. Paid subscription tiers for institutions are billed as described on the For Institutions page.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access other users’ data, scraping content at scale, submitting false registrations, impersonating an institution, or interfering with the operation of the service.

7. Limitation of liability

Deenly is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deenly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the actions of institutions or attendees, or for events that are changed or cancelled. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on this page, and continued use of Deenly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
